Oladeji Yinmi Gabriel
2023 PHCAYinmi is an inspired undergraduate at the department of Microbiology, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He has a keen interest in Public Health and Infectious Disease Epidemiology. To this end, he has taken up many leadership and volunteering positions and he is a member of reputable professional bodies like American Society for Microbiology (ASM), International Society for Infectious Disease (ISID), Microbiology Society and a few others. He also served as the the Planetary Health Campus Ambassador in the PHCA 2022 Cohort and was an awardee of the 2022 PHAM travel scholarship given by the Planetary Health Alliance.
While looking forward to pursuing his postgraduate studies in the field of Public health and Infectious disease epidemiology, he is currently looking forward to seeing how Information Technology can be used to advance Planetary Health.
