Heber is a 4th year medical student from Honduras with an internship in global and public health in Ecuador and Genetics in Mexico During his studies, he has dedicated his time to work for non-profit organizations and to advocate for meaningful youth participation in several events such as the 72nd session of the World Health Assembly, 154 WHO EB Meeting COP and ECOSOC. His climate change health and work focus is on policy and governance and its integration in capacity building and education, and his most recent projects include involvement in a Healthy Recovery Campaign and the 1st Latin American Youth Advocacy Toolkit with UNICEF.
