Sarah Ashley Marko is originally from Ontario, Canada where she completed her Honours Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto, majoring in neuroscience and double minoring in physiology and biology. She is currently undertaking her Master's of Nutrition and Dietetic Practice at Bond University on the Gold Coast of Australia. Sarah's interests include the interconnection between sustainable practices and current food systems. She hopes to help restore the condition of our planet and improve human health through innovation and collaboration with international leaders in this space.
